That's Piracy, My Pet by Carter Brown

Where there's murder and millions there's Mimi
The dame who collects payoffs in penthouses.....
This one you can't collect baby unless it's over my dead body.....

After the episode of the Brothers of the Golden Lily, Andy Kane swore off buccaneering like it was Chinese gin. But when a redheaded Spaniard called Carmen Diez whirled into his life.....Hell! A guy can change his mind, can't he? Especially when she was the second Carmen Diez he'd met inside of 24 hours. That spelled trouble, trouble with a a capital D for dynamite. Andy had to blast his way out of the Chinese millionaire's palace to get the Golden Eagle, and the $20,000. The payoff came when Carmen Diez (Don't ask Andy which one!) told him the eagle was phony! That left Andy in the hotseat, so he organized an escape junk for Macao. But wait...how come he is heading for Red China?

Blonde Bad and Beautiful (Revised) by Carter Brown

She wanted that underwater million dollars.
So did a corpse.

The guy had just made Andy Kane a proposition worth one million dollars when he dropped dead at Andy's feet. The proposition? Skin dive for a million dollars planted in Kwan-Po Bay. Funny thing, though, a dame had made that proposition two hours before. Now the way Andy figured it, a woman is a question mark but a cadaver is definitely a full stop. So the dame and Andy found a partnership. But that was where the Brothers of the Golden Lily took a hand and Andy guessed they were all brothers under the skin. But Andy drew the line at a brother who wanted to carve his initials on his backbone the hard way. Starting stomach-wise and working through.....

Blonde, Bad, And Beautiful by Carter Brown

Lady-killer Andy Kane is propositioned by two adventuresses with lovely smiles, lethal bodies, and a treasure map....where X marks the spot.

1957 Horwitz Edition
She looked like a dream come true. Her silk-flowered sheath was skin tight, slit to the thigh. She was all dressed up for business...brunette, gorgeous, and greedy. Out of the Hong Kong night came two dangerous dames, one blonde, the other brunette, and approached Andy Kane with the same proposition. Each had a map of a sunken treasure in Kwan-Po Bay. Each wanted the tough and handsome American to take her through a Chinese patrol to the site of a lost fortune. It was up to Andy to decide whether he preferred blondes or brunettes, or staying alive. Too many people had big ideas about the treasure and some included murder.  Blonde, Bad, and Beautiful was number 47 in the numbered Series and was revised by Horwitz and reissued in 1962. The US edition retained the revised title and was published by New American Library in 1962 under the Signet imprint.
