A cunning serial killer known as The Prophet has apparently struck again, sending a cryptic postcard to former detective Vincent Swan. But there's a problem, Swan killed The Prophet several years ago. The detective comes to the disturbing conclusion that either the killer is a copycat, or he murdered the wrong man years ago. The Prophet taunts his adversary, leaving cryptic messages and clues behind with his mutilated victims. Can Detective Swan solve The Prophet's riddle, or is he walking right into a trap.
